This past weekend my brother and his family came for a visit. They had planned to go to the Panther's game on Sunday so we invited them to come up on Saturday and spend the night. So, Saturday afternoon they pulled in and the fun began. After a bit of playing inside the kids (all 5 of them) were itching to go outside and play. So out they went! Our yard was a mess with leaves and my brother went right to raking. He is much like my dad and 1) can't stand to see a messy yard, 2) can't stand to see work that needs to be done and 3) just can't stand still. After a bit of raking there was quite a large pile and the kids immediately started jumping off of the rail into the leaves. They had a grand time!
Sunday Dave and I took all of the kids to church. Dillon decided he wanted to help Dave teach Sunday School to 3 year olds . . and he did a great job reading the story and introducing himself to the kids. After church Uncle Mark, Pawpaw, and Great Grandma came to visit. The afternoon was filled with fun (and laundry/cleaning up) while Pawpaw watched the game. We definitely enjoyed having the Pages here for the weekend! It was neat to see the cousins get to spend so much time together since they rarely get to play.

It's amazing how much fun playing in leaves can really be and it looks like the kids took full advantage! That looks like Savannah's chef hat Preston has on and it seems like just a short time ago she was the little chef! so cute- I love that you let them help in the kitchen--you're a great mom!
