Happy Halloween 2009

I have to say that we were cutting it close this year, literally! We actually had trick or treaters before Dave even finished carving the pumpkin! He was determined to carve it and didn't want to do just a regular face . . . so when Savannah woke up from her nap this afternoon this is what she chose and Dave whipped it up! AMAZING!!!! Can anyone guess who it is?

Here are my two cuties, Snow White and her dwarf, Happy.

Just as we finished dinner and Dave changed out of his carving clothes, Savannah put on her red sparkle shoes and of course then it started to rain. However, I have to say that we weren't letting the weather rain on our parade. Dave grabbed the umbrella and off they went. We had our 4 sets of trick or treaters and I think that's all for the night. I hope everyone had a fun and safe Halloween.

I love "Happy"'s outfit....I don't blame you for not making him wear it the other day when it was so hot!

so sweet to have coordinating costumes! I'm guessing Dave's artwork to be some type of mouse or rat?

They look adorable! I love Preston's little outfit. You did a good job! Savannah looks so proud:)

Yes, the rain was so sad. It started raining right when the sun went down!!

Dave did a good job on the pumpkin. Who is it? Frankenstein? Also, only 4 trick-or-treaters???

super cute costumes.

so, my guess for the pumpkin is the Cheshire Cat from Alice In Wonderland. Probably way off, but that is what came to mind. :)

love you.

is the pumpkin a mouse? he looks familiar but i can't think of his name. it's been a while since i've studied story books or watched cartoons, well except sponge bob.
it looks like the mouse from one of the disney princess movies, like snow white or cinderella.
could you tell us so i'll quite looking at it lol deborah
