Savannah with the Easter bunnyToday we decided to take Savannah to a local Easter egg hunt. She had been talking about finding eggs for some time so we thought it would be a fun thing to do together as a family. Little did I know that it would be mass chaos!! We arrived and ended up walking over 1.5 miles just to get to the Easter egg hunt where the line was already forming an hour ahead of time. Even though it was all muddy and she barely got anything in her basket, she still had a great time. She went to bed anxiously awaiting the arrival of the Easter bunny tonight!
Here she is patiently waiting to start the egg hunt.

How did I miss this post? Where was this egg hunt? You walked 1.5 miles?!! I would have gotten back in the car and told her that you'd have your own at home:)

what a cutie with the Easter bunny!! so why are little ones afraid of santa and not the Easter bunny? one of life's mysteries. next year the bunny's lap will be full with two little Bachmann's on his lap. can't wait!! love ya'll dad/deb
