Sorry this picture is blurry, but I haven't figured out the scanner we got for Christmas just yet. Anyway, it's a picture of our perfectly healthy baby sucking his thumb!
It's a BOY!!!!
We are so blessed that everything looks perfectly healthy with our little boy. The ultrasound technician said it appears he wasn't bothered at all by the surgery. Praise the Lord! Now we just have to work on names. Whew!
When we told Savannah this afternoon that she was going to have a brother she jumped up and down and yelled "yeah!" She then looked up at us and said "maybe I still get sister." Sorry Savannah, that ain't happening, but hopefully you'll love your little baby brother!

Do you remember how you and your brother were growing up? This baby will be born just as Denny was, within two weeks of your birthday . Savannah's birthday is on the same month as her baby brothers birthday too. Do you remember how you fought, but how much you loved each other? I think you and Denny are even closer now, and live farther apart.
I am so thankful that you two have the relationship that you do. I hope you two will always be close, even when things get tough in life.

What a cute picture! My ultrasounds always look like the Weather Channel radar. Can't see a thing. Congrats on a boy. I hear it's what all the cool people are having :)
YIPPEE!!! we're so glad GOD chose to give this precious baby to you all and i know savannah will be happy with her little brother as soon as she gets to hold him and give him kisses. we both are also thankful the GOD has answered our prayers and seen you both through the surgery safely. what more could we want right, well a little closer in miles huh? i knew that outfit i bought christmas would come in handy hehehe look out carter's here i come! love you all dad/deb
