Preston has fallen in love with this blue blanket that my Aunt Dosie gave him. It's silky on one side and that great soft bumpy material on the other side. After being frustrated with the way he doesn't soothe himself back to sleep when he wakes up, my friend Kristin recommended giving him something to hold onto. I'd like to say that it's done the trick, it hasn't, but he really loves holding onto this thing! I usually find him just like in the picture, with the entire blanket over his face. Preston has fallen in love with this blue blanket that my Aunt Dosie gave him. It's silky on one side and that great soft bumpy material on the other side. After being frustrated with the way he doesn't soothe himself back to sleep when he wakes up, my friend Kristin recommended giving him something to hold onto. Aww , Preston is so cute. I gave Landon a fuzzy as we call them here when I started keeping him here off and on at 12 days and then all the time at five weeks when he began to stay here all the time when Mommy works. He still has fuzzies. He has to have them to sleep and he has always covered his face or rubbed the silky or soft side. his had animal heads on the top. Jeffery Jr had a soft blankie when he was a baby that he always had to have to rub and cover his face with to sleep. I checked on him often since it was not as small as these. Glad he finds comfort in this and you get some extra quiet time. BTW , don't beat up on urself so for the feeling you had not spent enough time with Savannah. You have been throgh so much the last year and it is ok sometimes to just hang out at home with Mommy and not read books. I bet Savannah had a perfectly happy day. You are a wonderful Mother and you do have a wonderful hubby. You are blessed , Donna Z
