For MONTHS our grill has been broken. One afternoon Savannah and I were enjoying our regular relaxing time outside and we were like "let's go fix the grill!" We called Weber customer service and they were amazing! The lady helped us troubleshoot the problem and then sent the needed part for free. So while I was out working today, these two challenged themselves to install the part and did it!!! Of course, we had to borrow an electric screwdriver from a neighbor, but it's done! Just to be safe, Savannah was standing at a close distance with the fire extinguisher as we fired it up to see if it actually worked. :)
